Romain is a director at Oaklins France. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2021, Romain was a senior analyst reporting to Group Casino’s strategy, financial planning and operations department for two years. Before that, he was a strategy and transaction senior associate at EY for four years. Romain has a master’s in finance from Audencia Business School.
