Deepak is an associate director at Oaklins India. He is responsible for transaction execution and placement across various sectors, including hospitality, real estate, consumer goods, logistics and manufacturing. Deepak has been instrumental in structured debt deals in the hospitality and real estate sectors, securing growth capital for new age consumer and retail companies, and arranging structured debt for warehousing businesses.

Deepak joined Oaklins India in 2023. Before this, he spent over 11 years at Ladderup, a boutique investment bank, and two years at SPA Securities. He has an MBA in Finance from ICFAI University, has completed the intermediate chartered accountancy qualification at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Rajasthan University.
