Ken Fukumoto

Ken is a director at Janes Capital Partners, Oaklins’ aerospace, defense & security (ADS) specialist member firm in Irvine. With over 10 years of investment banking experience, Ken specializes in mergers and acquisitions for the aerospace, defense and government markets. He has participated in domestic and international transactions, with a primary focus on sell-side advisory. He has worked on transactions across a wide variety of businesses in the ADS market, such as aerospace composites and machining, aircraft components and subsystems, MRO and aftermarket parts, defense electronics and advanced military technology. Notable transactions he has participated in include the sale of AC&A to AE Industrial Partners; the sale of Advatech Pacific’s E&C Division to General Dynamics Mission Systems (NYSE: GD); the sale of Matrix Composites to ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT); the sale of IntelliPower to AMETEK (NYSE: AME); the sale of Argon Corporation to Spectra Aerospace & Defense, a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital; and the sale of Networks Electronic Company to ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE).

Prior to Janes Capital Partners, Ken began his career as an investment banking analyst at Aleutian Capital Group, where he advised lower to middle-market companies and private equity groups on M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Ken has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics from Fordham University.
