Roman is a senior associate at Oaklins Switzerland with 10 years’ experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A, financial modeling and business valuations. He has advised clients in the food & beverage, ICT, industrial machinery & components, medical technology, retail and automotive industries. Key clients include AutoForm, Gleason, Goldbach, Möbel Pfister, Nitto Denko Corporation, SeaKing, Senectovia AG, Sonova, Stadtmühle Schenk AG and Straumann.

Roman joined the firm in 2015 after graduating. He has a master’s in business administration from the University of Bern and in finance from the Simon Business School of the University of Rochester, NY. During his studies, he worked in the controlling department of SAP Switzerland.
