Einar has over five years of experience as an analyst at Oaklins Norway. He is part of its IT services team, focusing on TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) and business services. Einar also works closely with other Oaklins offices globally during the initial stages of potential cross-border transactions. Notable projects he has contributed to include advising the shareholders of Soco, Gnist and Forse on their sale to Driv Kapital, the sale of Etac Bil to Auto Solutions Group, Equip Capital’s acquisition of ØB Solutions, the sale of MPS Bilskade to Cary Group, backed by Nordic Capital, and the sale of ITverket to Bertel O. Steen Kapital.

Einar has a Master of Science in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
