Željko Perić is the founder and Principal of CAPER, Oaklins' member firm in Croatia.
Prior to founding CAPER in 2005, Željko spent 20 years holding senior managerial positions with some of the leading regional companies. He was CEO of Lura (today called Dukat), one of the largest dairy companies in the CEE. Before joining Lura, Željko spent nine years as a finance director and CFO of PLIVA, the largest pharmaceutical company in the CEE, which, at that time, was listed on the London Stock Exchange. Throughout his career, Željko has led his teams in numerous cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, capital raisings and various other corporate finance projects.
Željko graduated in Economics from the University of Zagreb and subsequently continued his management education at Harvard Business School, IMD, Management Centre Europe and IEDC.
