Cavendish Corporate Finance
Matthew joined Cavendish in early 2016 and is involved in the preparation of information memoranda, company valuations, co-ordinating due diligence teams and guiding clients’ management teams through the sale process. Since joining Cavendish, Matthew has successfully completed M&A and debt raise transactions, including the sale of James Dewhurst to Sioen Industries and a debt raise for Quint Group with financing from Tosca Fund.
Prior to Cavendish, Matthew worked at KPMG in their corporate finance division. Whilst at KPMG, Matthew worked on the sale of several cross-border financial services companies to private equity buyers, performing a mix of sell-side advisory and vendor due diligence assignments. Before KPMG, Matthew worked in audit at PwC in Australia and Bermuda for four years.
Matthew graduated with a degree in Business from RMIT University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013.
