Chuckanut Bay Foods LLC has been acquired by an undisclosed buyer

The founder of Chuckanut Bay Foods LLC has sold the company.

Based in Blaine, Washington, Chuckanut Bay Foods is a leading producer of distinctive, indulgent sweet baked goods with a specialized focus on hand-crafted artisanal cheesecake products. The company’s all-natural and “free-from” cheesecake portfolio ranges from full size offerings to fast-growing, on-trend single serve formats marketed under the Chuckanut Bay brand and on a private label basis.

The new owner plans to continue investing in the growth of Chuckanut Bay Foods by expanding production capacity, supporting innovation and introducing the brand to new customers and distribution channels.

One of Oaklins’ teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Chuckanut Bay Foods.
