DPC has been acquired by Innova/6 SCA SICAV-RAIF

Innova/6 SCA SICAV-RAIF has acquired stakes in three companies operating in the dental services market in Central and Eastern Europe – the Lithuanian chain Clinic DPC and Polish Dentaurus and Medicadent clinics. Innova, in cooperation with the founding doctors, will develop a leading, independent regional dental group.

Clinic DPC is the largest chain of dental clinics and the leading provider of dental implantation services in Lithuania. It operates 12 dental clinics in the country and one dental clinic in London, UK.

Innova/6 SCA SICAV-RAIF is an alternative investment fund of Innova Capital Group.

Oaklins’ team in Lithuania acted as financial advisor to the founder and owner of Clinic DPC.
