Bach Composite Industry A/S has been acquired by Odin Equity Partners
The private shareholder of Bach Composite Industry A/S has sold the company, with 30% reinvestment, to Odin Equity Partners. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Bach Composite Industry is a designer, developer and producer of composite-based products for the wind turbine industry, with six production facilities in five countries spanning three continents, making it well positioned to serve clients internationally. The company’s main client is Vestas, the largest producer of wind turbines globally.
Odin Equity Partners was founded in 2005 as the first Danish independent private equity fund. Odin is focused on creating fundamental and long-term value in small and medium-sized companies with revenues between US$30–145 million. This is obtained through a professionalization of leadership structures, operational improvements, organic growth and strategic acquisitions over a period of five to seven years. Presently, the firm manages total funds of approximately US$320 million distributed across two funds.
