Senior Associate

Friso is a senior associate at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of the M&A team. He has been involved in several (cross-border) M&A transactions, including the sale of IHC Fundex Equipment to Hydrauvision, the investment of Gilde Healthcare in Tandarts Today, the sale of Tag Security Holdings to Freshstream, the sale of Martin Glas to VE Partners, the sale of Jungle Minds to De Cronos Groep, the sale of proQure to AB&C Groep, the sale of HE Space to CS Group, the sale of Royal Joh. Enschedé to Authentix and the acquisition of PK OEM Parts by Zephyr Group.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Friso was an intern at ABN AMRO, a Dutch bank, and at Curacao Financial Group (cfg), a Netherlands Antilles-based corporate finance firm. A graduate of the University of Groningen and Stellenbosch University, he obtained his master’s in finance and investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
