Pedro is a partner at Oaklins Portugal, bringing over 17 years of experience as a group CFO and executive board member, complemented by a decade in investment banking and three years in financial auditing. Experienced in M&A, fundraising and debt advisory, Pedro has a special focus on the infrastructure, digital transformation and energy transition sectors. He has a proven track record in both equity and debt transactions, including M&A, IPOs, private equity, fundraising, privatizations, bond issuances, syndicated loans and project finance. 

Pedro’s career spans a wide range of sectors with international exposure, such as energy infrastructure, renewables, digital transformation, robotics, offshore services, education and publishing. Before joining Oaklins, he held senior roles as group CFO at Floene, Omni Helicopters International, LeYa and Martifer, and was an investment banker at BNP Paribas and Banco Efisa, gaining a 360º perspective on transaction execution and strategic financial leadership. He graduated in business management from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
