Matt has over 20 years of senior management experience that includes secured lending, investment banking, and operating CFO and CEO roles. His primary focus at Heritage Capital is on M&A transactions in manufacturing and the food and beverage industry, as well as turnaround situations and recapitalizations. During his career he has assisted food and agriculture firms grow by developing relationships to take advantage of cross-border crop cycles, managing commodity risks, and execute strategies to increase productivity and yields.
