Managing Director

Anna is a Managing Director at the Riga office of M&A Baltics, Oaklins’ member firm in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. She has advised clients in numerous national and international buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital raising deals and strategic advisory projects for both private and state-owned companies. She is particularly focused on the glass processing and finishing sector and leads Oaklins' glass processing and finishing team. Key clients she has advised include NCH Capital, Civinity Group, Wess, Latvian Post and Freeport of Riga Fleet.

Anna earned her business diploma at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and is currently a candidate for an MBA degree from the Riga Business School.
