Francisco is a Partner and co-founder of Oaklins France. He has over 15 years' experience in mid-market M&A, having been involved in more than 40 transactions, and has recognized expertise in the biotech and medtech segments. Notable transactions he has advised on include the acquisition of Moria by Naxicap Partners, the acquisition of Mangar Health by Winncare Group, the sale of Caddie to Damix Group and the LBOs of Laboratoire Icare, Praticima (ex Praticdose) and Inicea Group.

Previously, Francisco worked for EY, UBS and Olympus Biotech International as the International CFO. He is an EM Lyon graduate.
