Texlog has been acquired by Sequoia
The shareholders of Texlog have sold the company to Sequoia. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Texlog is a Brazilian door-to-door logistics company that focuses on two segment: general objects up to 30 kilograms, mainly delivered on behalf of e-commerce websites and general customers, and deliveries such as credit cards, booklets, policies, bills and checkbooks for financial institutions.
Based in São Paulo, Sequoia is a leading Brazilian contract logistics operator providing warehousing, fulfillment and transportation services focused on the fashion retail and e-commerce sectors. The company currently operates four distribution centers with aggregated storage and handling area of over 115,000 sqm.
