The private shareholders of Adubos Real have sold the company to Marubeni Corporation.

Founded in 1992, Adubos Real operates in the distribution of agricultural inputs segments in retail and wholesale, fertilizer industrialization and logistics. The group is based in Brazil.

Marubeni Corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, was founded in 1858 and throughout its history has established a diverse network of business activities across a wide range of industries, including food, consumer products, chemical and forest products, agricultural inputs, energy and metals, power and plants projects, and transportation and industrial machinery.
