Anastasia is a senior associate at Oaklins LATUM in Russia. Her main areas of expertise are in corporate and contract law and litigation. She has over five years’ experience in providing legal support for major Russian companies. She has also actively participated in M&A projects related to real estate acquisitions and has extensive experience in the mitigation of corporate conflicts. Notable clients she has worked with include Angioline, a leading Russian producer of coronary stents, and Aquamir, one of the world’s largest indoor water parks in Siberia.

Anastasia graduated from law school at the Russian State University for the Humanities.
