AVA Monitoring AB has been acquired by Sdiptech AB

The private shareholders of AVA Monitoring AB have sold the company to Sdiptech AB. Financial details have not been disclosed.

AVA Monitoring develops and sells fully automated and cloud-based measurement systems for monitoring vibration and noise in conjunction with infrastructure projects. With headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, AVA Monitoring offers its proprietary system, including field instruments and sensors as well as a software solution for reporting and analysis, to customers in the Nordics, the UK and Australia.

Sdiptech is a Swedish listed technology group focused on urban infrastructures. It provides deeply niched products and services in the modernization, new installation, and service and maintenance of hospitals, traffic systems, water supply systems and data centers.The company operates in mature markets and is driven by sustained underlying growth trends. Sdiptech has a clear growth strategy of acquiring niche companies with well-documented profitability and an operational steering model of acquired companies based on decentralization and non-invasive synergies.
