Reiton Holding AS has sold PA Veservice AS to Ramudden AB for an undisclosed consideration.

PA Veservice AS, headquartered in Hordaland County, Norway, offers services within traffic control, escort vehicles, maintenance of infrastructure and roads and technical installations in tunnels. The company consists of four separate units.

Ramudden AB is a leading specialist provider of temporary traffic control services in the Nordic region, operating through a network of more than 60 depots in Norway, Finland and Sweden. The company is headquartered in Gävle and Sundsvall, Sweden. Ramudden AB is owned by the European private equity group IK Investment Partners.
