e-Avrop Holding AB has sold e-Avrop AB to Pamir Partners AB for US$5 million.
e-Avrop is one of the leading platforms for procurement tender announcement and management in Sweden. The company offers a fully automated, cloud-based, turnkey solution for the design, announcement and management of public tenders. Founded in 2000 and with a customer base mainly consisting of Swedish municipalities, county councils, courts and public companies and organizations, e-Avrop has experienced strong growth over the last couple of years.
Pamir Partners is an independent Swedish investment company focused on acquiring majority stakes in small and midcap companies.
