Avonova Sverige AB has sold Avonova Primärvård to Unicare Holding A/S for US$4.7 million.
Avonova Primärvård is a Sweden-based provider of healthcare services to the primary segments. Within its primary care operations, Avonova runs general healthcare centers, children healthcare centers, maternity clinics and rehabilitation departments at ten locations in central and southern Sweden.
Unicare, founded in 2008, is one of the largest healthcare companies in the Nordics delivering services within psychiatry, care assistance, home healthcare, rehabilitation, and occupational care. The group also run nursing homes for people with complex needs and youths covered by children protection laws.
Avonova Sverige AB is a Sweden-based provider of healthcare services to the occupational and primary segments, as well as a provider of leadership support and development services.
