D&V Serramenti has been sold to Sciuker Frames
Sciuker Frames S.p.A. has acquired D&V Serramenti S.r.l.
Sciuker Frames is a publicly listed company that manufactures natural and wood aluminum and wood structural glass windows with an eco-friendly and “Made in Italy” design. Today, the company has more than 300 distribution partners in Italy and its customers include several construction sites around the world.
D&V Serramenti, based in northern Italy, is a company active in the production of PVC and aluminum window frames, with an annual production capacity of more than 35,000 units. The company has a leading position in the multibrand retail sector.
Following the acquisition of D&V and other companies, deWol Industries has been established as an Italian player in the design and production of windows and sunscreens. The group operates through the brands Sciuker Frames, GC Infissi, D&V, DQG, Ecospace and Teknika.
