ServeTek has acquired Finelec Oy

ServeTek has acquired Finelec Oy, establishing its presence in Finland and creating new opportunities for further expansion.

Backed by Aspira Partners, ServeTek is a newly created Nordic platform and a leader in the aftermarket segment for food service and hygiene equipment.

Finelec Oy offers its customers sales, maintenance and installation services for laundry equipment, home appliances and room reservation systems. The company also serves as the importer of Nortec, a Danish brand of laundry equipment and room reservation systems.

Oaklins’ team in Finland served as the buy-side financial advisor to Swedish Aspira Partners and their newly created Nordic platform, ServeTek, in relation to the Finnish market.
