Midsona AB has acquired Bio-Vita Oy

Bio-Vita Oy, a Finland-based company supplying high quality nutrition supplements to the Finnish market, has been acquired by the Swedish Midsona AB for a US$7.5 million consideration.

Midsona AB develops, manufactures and markets well-documented products within the areas of health and nutrition, natural remedies, colds, and hygiene. The acquisition of Bio-Vita Oy is the result of the company's broader and long-term growth strategy.
