Hoist AB has been acquired by Accent Equity

The owners of Hoist AB have sold a 50% stake in the company to Accent Equity (Accent) for an undisclosed consideration.

Hoist AB is active in two main business areas that deliver systems, products and services to the hotel industry (HHS) and for energy savings (EM).

Accent is a group of private equity funds focusing on investments in mid-market buyout and later-stage expansion capital transactions in the Nordic region. The group invests in companies where it can serve as a catalyst for change and thereby transforming these companies into Nordic, European or global market leaders by providing for genuine, sustainable improvements within operations and strategic positioning.
