Adventum has been acquired by Humana
Humana, a leading Swedish provider of personal assistance services, has acquired Adventum, a specialized care provider offering support and care for children with social and psychiatric problems. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.
Humana is focused on elderly care, individual and family care, residential arrangements offering support and services for persons with certain functional impairments, as well as schools for students with disabilities.
This acquisition is an important step for Humana in developing its business unit Individual and Family that includes Baggium Care and Treatment, Tian Group and K REHAB. Adventum is a fast-growing, high quality company in an exciting market that is in the initial consolidation phase.
