Stamina HOT Helse has acquired Avonova Sverige AB
Stamina HOT Helse (Stamina), the Norwegian market leader in occupational health services, announces the acquisition through public offer of a 99.2% stake in Avonova Sverige AB, from its private shareholders, for US$30 million.
Herkules Private Equity Fund III is the majority owner of Stamina through the holding company Helse Holding AS. Stamina is a national chain of gyms. The company provides a professional and academically solid offering in training, occupational health, physical therapy and nutrition.
Avonova Sverige AB is a leading private operator and supplier within the healthcare sectors, occupational health care, primary care and leadership support.
