Nancie is a senior manager at Oaklins PrimePartners in Singapore. She brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance, specializing in investment banking, M&A advisory and capital market transactions. She has a proven track record in leading IPOs, M&A and financial advisory for both listed and private entities, including cross-border clients. At Oaklins PrimePartners, Nancie has led advisory mandates for cross-border transactions and restructuring deals, providing independent financial advice and valuation support for listed companies and major transactions. Her expertise spans deal execution from origination to closing, including regulatory engagement with SGX and MAS.

Prior to joining the firm, Nancie was an audit manager at Ernst & Young LLP, serving clients in the healthcare, manufacturing and public-interest sectors. She has a first-class honors degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a chartered accountant of Singapore and a chartered valuer and appraiser.
