Dolmans Landscaping Group, a leading full-service provider of landscaping services, has welcomed Foreman Capital as a new shareholder. By partnering with Foreman Capital, which has extensive experience in building stronger companies in the maintenance of public spaces, Dolmans can accelerate its growth trajectory across core verticals and further professionalize the business.
In addition to continued organic growth, the partnership aims to pursue a selective buy-and-build strategy, leveraging Dolmans’ proven integration capabilities and strong reputation as a preferred partner for founder-led landscaping businesses. Erwin Janssen will remain CEO and shareholder of Dolmans Landscaping Group. In the period ahead, Erwin will hand over his CEO role to a successor and focus on executing the company’s buy-and-build strategy.
