Japan Residential Investment Company Limited has completed a fundraising.
Japan Residential Investment Company Limited invests in the residential properties in Japan. It focuses on investing in and holding Japanese residential property primarily situated in various conurbations. It also leases a portfolio of properties comprising a mixture of residential and commercial properties. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is based in St Peter Port, the Channel Islands.
Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as the Nominated Advisor to Japan Residential Investment Company, listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange, on this placing.
