Kelda Group Limited has sold ALcontrol Laboratories to Bridgepoint Capital.
Bridgepoint Capital is a major international private equity group focused on investing in market-leading businesses, working with management teams to create and realize value within its portfolio companies. The firm's focus is on lower middle-market buy-outs and growth capital investments in businesses valued up to US$150 million.
ALcontrol Laboratories provides the very best in environmental, food and oil analysis that supports clients’ regulatory and brand commitments and enables them to protect public health.
Founded in 1989, Kelda Group Limited, through its subsidiaries, provides water and sewerage services to domestic and business customers in the UK. The company engages in managing the collection, treatment and distribution of drinking water, and non-regulated water and waste water contract operations. It also provides water and waste water contract operation services for the Ministry of Defense, and customer support services, including billing, debt recovery and incident management. Kelda Group Limited operates as a subsidiary of Kelda Eurobound Co Limited.
