Michael Williams

Senior Associate

Michael is a senior associate at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His role includes preparing pitch documents, market research, sales materials, financial modeling and analysis, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Michael worked in the in-house M&A team at Ascot Lloyd (private equity-backed by Nordic Capital), gaining experience in the financial services M&A sector. He graduated from the University of Exeter with an undergraduate degree in economics and a master’s in finance & investment. Michael also recently passed the CFA Level I exam.
