Brad is a senior manager at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He manages the end-to-end debt advisory process to support his clients’ strategic ambitions, and is experienced in M&A scenarios, acquisition financing and refinancing, as well as lender education processes.

Brad brings significant debt advisory, corporate finance and restructuring experience from his time at both FRP Advisory and Grant Thornton, and is an ACA chartered accountant.
