Jeremy is a partner at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He is a corporate finance and M&A advisor with almost 30 years’ experience, focusing on energy & infrastructure and related technologies and services. He has advised on well over 100 transactions, across private and public M&A (sell-side and buy-side), capital raisings (equity and debt) and strategic reviews, supporting UK and international funds and companies. He has led a number of innovative transactions, particularly in the energy transition and digital transformation, with additional experience in transport and other core/core plus/value-add infrastructure. Recent transactions include advising Macquarie Capital on its investment in Stark (a leading provider of energy data, metering and infrastructure services); advising EDF on the sale of its UK gas storage assets; advising Rural Broadband Solutions (now part of Voneus) on its sale to Tiger Infrastructure; and advising Low Carbon (a leading renewable energy company) on the investment by MassMutual.
Prior to joining Oaklins S&W, Jeremy was a partner in EY’s corporate finance team and previously a managing director in Investec’s power & infrastructure finance team. He has an MA from the University of Oxford.
