Brian Robertson

Brian is a partner in the corporate finance team at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has executed public and private M&A, equity and debt transactions across the industrial products and services sector over the last 15 years. His areas of expertise include environmental, engineering and infrastructure services; facility services; TIC+; equipment rental; advanced materials and manufacturing; lighting and electronics; flow and fluid control; paper and packaging; building materials; transport and logistics; and industrial machinery and equipment. He also has particular expertise in the corporate and leisure travel sector, having advised on transactions involving TUI Travel, American Express Global Business Travel, CWT, and Travel & Transport.

Prior to joining the Oaklins team, Brian was a managing director at Stephens, a family-owned investment bank, and was a managing director at Evercore. He has an undergraduate degree from Oxford University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
