Senior Associate

Josh is a senior associate at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His responsibilities include pitch deck preparation, market research, financial modeling and assisting clients with end-to-end M&A execution.

After a more than four-year tenure in valuations and modeling at S&W, Josh joined the corporate finance team at Oaklins S&W, bringing experience in performing valuations of businesses, complex securities and employee share incentive schemes. His experience focused on commercial valuations, aiding strategic decision-making (exit via trade sale, fundraising, minority investment, asset disposal, restructuring). He has completed the ICAEW/CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance and has passed the CFA Level I and II exams, scoring in the 90th percentile.
