Senior Associate

Josh is a senior associate at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His responsibilities include pitch deck preparation, market research, financial modeling and assisting clients with end-to-end M&A execution.

Prior to joining corporate finance, Josh spent over four years in the valuations & modeling team at S&W, performing valuations of businesses, complex securities and employee share incentive schemes. His experience focused on commercial valuations, aiding strategic decision-making (M&A, fundraising, minority investment, refinancing). Josh is a CFA charterholder and has completed the ICAEW/CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance.
