Brad is a managing partner and the CFO at Capital Alliance, Oaklins’ member firm in Dallas. His M&A experience includes service organizations in staffing, human capital management, IT consulting and managed services. He has developed a strong proficiency in advising a niche segment of professional employer organizations, also known as PEOs, which deliver tech-enabled outsourced payroll, benefits, risk management and human resources services and compliance services to privately owned businesses.
Prior to joining Capital Alliance, Brad was a senior financial officer at Lomas Financial Corporation, a US$6 billion financial and real estate services company, where he was responsible for public financial reporting, internal financial reporting and strategic planning. He also served on Lomas’ team involved in many acquisitions, dispositions and capital raises. Additionally, he was the senior vice president and treasurer at Liberté Investors, a NYSE real estate investment trust (REIT). Brad’s career also includes positions with CIT Financial Services, Advance Mortgage Corporation and Chrysler Motors Corporation’s corporate treasury group. He is a member of the Staffing Industry Association, the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and the Professional Administrative Co-Employers (PACE) organization. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wayne State University.
