Bill Skinner

Principal

Bill is a principal at Heritage Capital Group, Oaklins’ member firm in Jacksonville and Savannah. He advises owners of middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic financial consulting and strategy issues. Over the last 34 years, Bill has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions in various industries, particularly in aerospace, manufacturing and financial services. A recent transaction he advised on was the sale of Maginnis Orthodontics to Smile Doctors.

Prior to joining Heritage, Bill was vice president of financial planning and treasurer at Gulfstream Aerospace, where he oversaw all financial planning, tax, treasury and accounting matters. He is a CPA and previously worked in public accounting with Deloitte LLP.
