Aon South Africa is a leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human capital and management consulting, and specialty insurance underwriting. The company employs more than 900 professionals in its 15 offices in South Africa with its head office in Sandton, Johannesburg. Aon employs over 1,500 people on the African continent.

Oaklins' team in South Africa acted as advisor to the seller in relation to the disposal of its QED actuarial and consultancy business to the company's management.
