Rolfes Holdings Limited has acquired the remaining minority share in Ag-Chem Holdings Pty Ltd
Rolfes Holdings Limited has acquired the 30% of shares held by the management of Ag-Chem Holdings Pty Ltd for US$4 million.
Rolfes, a well established company in South Africa and internationally, is an industrial and chemical investment holding company. The company was founded in 1925 by the Rolfes family. New investors, under a new management team, acquired the business in 1999 and the current Rolfes Group was born. The group structure was simplified into three pillars consisting of the Industrial Chemicals, Agricultural Chemicals, and Mining and Water Chemicals divisions.
Founded in 1998, Ag-Chem is a South African company specializing in the development and manufacture of high quality agro-chemical products for world markets. The company produces a wide range of plant nutritional products, chelated micro-elements and other agricultural remedies.
