Mantucket Capital Management Corporation has acquired Turbo Terminal Tractors, an affiliated entity of Syfan Logistics.

Mantucket Capital Management is a Denver-based private investment firm focused on thematic investments in middle-market private companies across several industries, including industrials, specialty rental, infrastructure, business services and franchisors.

Turbo Terminal Tractors is a leading sales, leasing, rental and service provider of terminal tractors deployed across the USA to enable the efficient movement of large trailer fleets based at warehouses, distribution centers and ports.

Syfan Logistics is a leading provider of reliable 3PL logistics for food, auto and packages across the USA, Mexico and Canada.

Oaklins TM Capital, based in the USA, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Mantucket Capital Management in connection with its acquisition of Turbo Terminal Tractors, an affiliated entity of Syfan Logistics.
