Associate

Emile is an associate at Oaklins Netherlands and a member of the M&A mid-market team, where he supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates. He has worked across a range of transactions, mainly covering the horticulture, business services and private equity sectors. Most notable among his recent transactions is the sale of Den Berk Délice to Egeria.

Emile joined Oaklins in 2023 following a corporate finance internship at IBS Capital Allies and a private equity internship at HC Partners. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics and business economics from Radboud University Nijmegen and completed a master’s in financial economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
