Admiralty Partners, Inc. has acquired the Santa Ana operations of GE Aviation

GE Aviation has sold its Santa Ana operations to Admiralty Partners, Inc. Financial details have not been disclosed.

GE Aviation is a world-leading provider of jet engines, components and integrated systems for commercial and military aircraft. GE Aviation has a global service network to support these offerings.

GE Aviation's Santa Ana operations is a leading manufacturer of flight critical parts for military and commercial aircraft. It specializes in landing gear components, carbon fiber filament-wound external fuel tanks for naval aircraft, fuel pumps and other machined structures.

Oaklins' aerospace & defense specialist team in California acted as the exclusive advisor to GE Aviation on the sale of the business, working closely with GE Aviation and its management team throughout the sale process.
