Operantis has been acquired by Akka Technologies Group
The private shareholder of Operantis has sold the company to Akka Technologies Group (Akka).
Operantis is a company specialized in the design and development of multimedia training products (from e-learning to complex simulators, and serious games and virtual reality) dedicated to major industrial groups, with innovative solutions tailored to each business. Founded in 2003 and located in Toulouse, France, the company has 50 employees. Operantis is focused on cutting-edge industrial sectors such as aerospace and defense, railways and energy. Some clients include Airbus, ATR and Safran.
Akka is an engineering and technology consulting company and the European leader in the mobility segment. The group has more than 16,000 skilled employees and a solid presence in Europe, Asia and America. The acquisition of Operantis fits with Akka’s expansion strategy, It will be able to complement its existing digital business as well as its activities towards industrial customers with an interactive training engineering offer focused on pedagogical expertise and innovation.
