Brewster Home Fashions and Fine Decor Wallcoverings have been recapitalized by Industrial Opportunity Partners
Brewster Home Fashions LLC (Brewster) and Fine Decor Wallcoverings Ltd (Fine Decor) have completed a majority recapitalization with Industrial Opportunity Partners.
Headquartered in Randolph, Massachusetts, Brewster is a leading designer and supplier of DIY peel & stick wallpaper and patterned flooring, traditional wallpaper, home décor, decals and additional products. With heritage dating back to 1892, Brewster offers a broad range of innovative products under well-recognized brands including the company-owned FloorPops, NuWallpaper and WallPops names. Fine Decor, a key supplier to Brewster with common ownership, is a UK-based manufacturer and distributor of wallcoverings, DIY peel & stick patterned flooring and contact paper for global suppliers as well as mass and online retailers.
Industrial Opportunity Partners, based in Evanston, Illinois, a private equity firm with US$910 million of committed capital since inception, invests in manufacturing and value-added distribution businesses.
One of Oaklins’ teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Brewster and Fine Decor in this transaction.
