Tarik is a managing partner and head of corporate finance at Atlas Capital, Oaklins’ member firm in Morocco. With over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, he has led significant transactions in Morocco in energy, food & beverage, real estate, mining and financial services.

Tarik is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in Paris and McGill University.
