Sophie is an associate in the M&A technology team at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She has worked on a range of sell-side and buy-side mandates across numerous sectors. Recent notable M&A transactions she has advised on include the sale of OSL to Terma.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Sophie worked in the M&A team at Natrium Capital. She graduated from the University of Nottingham with a master’s in chemical engineering.
