Australian Graphic Supplies has been acquired by Orafol Europe GmbH

October 2017 — Imperium Group Pty Ltd has sold Australian Graphic Supplies Pty Ltd (AGS) to Orafol Europe GmbH. Financial details have not been disclosed.

AGS is a leading provider of services, consumables, equipment sale and spare parts to the printing industry throughout Australia.

Orafol is a leading manufacturer of graphic products, reflective materials and adhesive tapes. Headquartered in Oranienburg, Germany, the gorup has evolved into a global player with manufacturing and distribution units around the world. Orafol distributes leading brands of wide-format equipment, inks, substrates and accessories alongside the full line of Oracal, Oramask, Oratape, Orajet and Oraguard self-adhesive films. This acquisition will provide Orafol with a national distribution footprint allowing the business to develop stronger, direct supply and advanced technical support relationships with its customers.
